		Support By downloading the following link and granting me permission when prompted by an on screen request I will have access to your computer. This will enable me to control your computer whilst you are able to view my actions by remote. Please click on the Download Support link and follow the on screen instructions.

	When you have downloaded the module, your screen will have a dialogue box like the one below with your own dedicated ID and password.



	I will request your ID and password, which will be different to the one above. I will then have access to view your screen. Until you grant me permission from the on screen prompt I will not be able to operate your computer. Once I have concluded and you shut down the dialogue box I will no longer have access at any stage in the future unless we go through the same procedure.
